I conjured this yummy one morning watching the snow fall. It is filled with Antioxidants like vitamins A, D and E in the avocado which is great for dry and mature skin. Sterolin is a substance found in avocados that help soften the skin and reduce age spots.
Avocados are high in essential fats and low in saturated fat. Essential fats actually help to speed up the metabolism.
The broccoli sprouts have anti-inflammatory properties. Sulphoraphane found in the sprouts are being researched for helping calm the nerves and reduce anxiety. They are high in Vitamin C, E and A which boosts the body's immune system.
Top this off with blended seeds like flax seed which make your skin glow.
And there are so many great things to say about turmeric, like anti-inflammatory, improves elasticity in the skin, weight management, mental clarity, heart health and more!

I am definitely not a chef so please excuse the lack of detail in this nutritious mix. You can make adjustments suited to your taste.
- 1 small soft avocado
- 1 handful of Broccoli Sprouts
- 1 TBLS Golden Raisins
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- a little bit of Black Pepper
- a touch of pink Himalayan salt (optional)
- A TBLS of ground flax, sunflower, pumpkin & sesame seeds & goji berries ( I used Linwoods brand)
Place the broccoli on a pretty plate.
Get the skin off of that avocado and scoop out all the goodness then mash it to your liking. Add the Turmeric, Black Pepper (fresh ground if possible) and the Pink Himalayan salt.
Scoop this mixture on top of the broccoli sprouts.
Sprinkle the seed mixure on top and add the raisins last. It just is prettier in that order. But layer it the way it makes you happy!
