The simple act of lighting a candle sends a message to the brain that something special is about to happen. The body prepares itself for celebration or a peaceful space.

  1. Scent your Mini-Meditation Candle with an essential oil. Just add a couple of drops to a cotton ball and apply the oil to the length of the candle. Place the mini candle in a holder in a safe place.
  2. Take 3 long slow cleansing breaths to assist you in calming the parasympathetic nervous system.
  3. Light the candle  and recite the prayer.
  4. Meditate on the beauty of the Full Moon with gratitude and peace in your heart
  5. Release the gratitude into the air around you.
