As the energy of the heart coninues on its expansion process events will be presented to you that cause you to delve deeper into your own trauma and discomfort.

Self-forgiveness and self judgment are the result of looking at and being faced with other people's heart ache and pain that are equivalent to your own  previous life experiences. The energy that exists in your chi or auric field reaches out to the person or people in emotional pain and sends them a soothing message of understanding creating an empathic compassionate connection.

 

Highly Senstiive people, those that we know as Empathic, may begin to feel their own emotions rising to the surface as they re-live their personal history of the event their focused on as well as feel the other peope's feeling simultaneously. This compassionate connection can cause physical discomfort such as queezy stomach, headaches, naseau, mental confusion and depression.

 

ACTION STEPS

  • Breathe deeply and exhale fully 3 times when the sensations "hit" you
  • Use an essential oil diluted in a carrier that you have made. A roller bottle works great. Apply to your pulse points
  • If possible, step onto the earth barefoot. ( grass, sand, dirt, clay..)
  • Quickly look around your surroundings and say 'I am grateful for_______________" and name the things that you see that you are gratefule for. This is much easier if you have already developed a practice of gratitude journaling.
