8/15/2013 ENERGY ALERT-Recognizing Thoughtstorms
“Thoughtstorms” are not good or bad. They are simply attempting to bring your attention to the many alternatives for their use…”Thoughtstorms” will ignite your emotions to bring your awareness to them and once the emotions have your attention they can magnify themselves until you have deciphered their message… Unsettled geomagnetic fields and Active Solar X-Rays may contribute to these “thoughtstorms”. According to the NOAA unsettled is a descriptive word between quiet and active. Be cautious of immediate mood swings, being over- emotionally sensitive or receiving creative ideas which multiply at a rate which is difficult for your brain to monitor… Thoughts precede emotions. Capture the thought as quickly as possible before the emotions take you on an unwanted journey into confusion which can cause frustration which leads to anger…You may write the thought on a post-it note , embrace it or counter-balance the thought with a positive physical note to yourself... Many creative ideas and expansive thoughtforms may seem to overwhelm you…Accept them and capture them on paper where they may be reviewed when the” thoughtstorms” subside… The “thoughtstorms” are so intense and rapid that you may find your shoulders have risen to about ear level or they may cause muscle tension elsewhere in your body… Locate where you hold your breath and exhale from that part of your body. Increase your oxygen intake slowly with precision… Slow your emotional pace by inhaling the essential oil of Geranium which has a centering effect.
