Shift and Flow

 

October begins by infusing us with great personal power. We have spent an intense year in the zone of the Shift. There were times when the shift energy was extremely intense encouraging us to burn off  unnecessary beliefs.

Many have had dreams of waiting in an airport and having to leave your baggage behind. Our cellular memories continue to rise ever so gently to assist in detaching the unpleasant emotions from particular life experiences. It is the emotional attachment to the past that paralyzes and frustrates the Now, not the experience itself. It is the emotional attachment that drains and exhausts and becomes belief and baggage.

Metaphorically boarding this  plane without baggage  frees the spiritual self to vibrate at a frequency of Serenity.

Developing new reactions or reviving dormant personality traits that served you well but you buried deep in the subconscious are able to step forward once the  outdated patterns are discarded.

Work with the Water as it increases your power of focus, intuition and creative expression.   The Water will respond dramatically  to the slightest re-direction of your focus. A continuous practice of gratitude between you and Holy Spirit (your higher power) will help to maintain your center while releasing and replacing.

 

 

Water brings new birth.. Flow in Faith… 


    

Thoughts and worries are held in the body. The stressed mind becomes weary of being ignored so it manufactures body pain.The body pains scream for attention for the exhausted mind.The mind stressors disguise themselves as headaches, shoulder & neck tension, lower back  pain and more. and  and more  

The cushion of energy that surrounds us often referredc to as the auric field is also effected by your mind.

Energy from other people may be held in the personal auric energy field.

This bath formula helps to detoxify the body, Increase circulation, Reduce negative thoughts, warm muscle aches/pains, relax the mind, protect from others energy, increase the immune system...

...Let the water be as warm as you can

and allow it to cool naturally for 15 minutes. You may begin to perspire...

Add cool water the last 5 minutes...The cool water will pull the toxins away from the body...(The body will continue to release toxins for a few hours after getting out of the tub)...

Stay in the tub after "pulling the plug" allowing & visualizing the energy that does not serve you to be released down the drain...


Be sure to drink plenty of water during and after the bath...
