ENERGY ALERT 

Emotions and creativity have been moving from one extreme to the other. The contrasts in this movement of thoughts and emotions have possibly resulted in unforeseen arguments or relationship misunderstandings. Feelings have been on high alert and being oversensitive to the actions or words of others caused temporary anger or confusion.

Mentally being overwhelmed by the” Too Syndrome” . It’s too quiet, it’s too loud, it’s too bright it’s too dark, it’s too easy , it’s too difficult…  the nagging sensation pursued us into a fatique . Just when we thought enough, the energy calmed allowing us to relax.

And Then … around 1:00 am to 4:00 am on the 27thof February for most of us:

Sleep was interrupted with what felt like bolts of electricity continually zapping and altering hypothalamus, the mood manufacturing segment of the brain.  These energetic downloads may leave residual coughing spells, shortness of breath, heart ache and heart burn. 

Allowing the energy of the Holy Spirit to work with you your feeling of focus and personal power has returned. Confidence is taking the place of doubt.

You experience moments when there is an understanding of how God has worked through your brokenness. The realization is slowly turning into acceptance as you begin a process of seeing the positive results of your painful experience(s).

Balancing the Contrasts

The fluctuations stated above can cause stress and discomfort in our lives. Knowing that there are others experiencing the same symptoms seem to be of some comfort.

There are action steps and tools to utilize that can also be of great assistance:

 Lavender

Lavender Buds

  • Set small bowls of lavender buds around your home and gently dry wash your hands in the buds.
  • Add about a Tablespoon of buds to 2 cups of water and steam in a warmer or on the stove
  • Brew a cup of lavender bud tea and drink before bed time
  • Sprinkle buds over hot indoor incense charcoal to smudge the home
  • Put a teaspoon of lavender buds in a pouch and place in your pillowcase

 Lavender Oil

  • Add 3-5 drops to your bathwater and soak for 20 minutes
  • Inhale when needed out of the bottle
  • Apply to your pressure points
  • Diffuse into the air
  • Add a drop to your Fragrance-Free Moisturizer
  • Annoint your body before prayer, meditation, yoga or Chi Kung

  • Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)  Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything,by prayer and petition,with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God...will guard your hearts and your minds in Jesus Christ.

  • Phillippians 4:6-7 (The Living Bible)   Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs and don't forget to thank him for his answers. If you do this you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus.
