The mental energy of who we were and who we are and who we are becoming may be causing emotional bi-polar activity. This can be distressing if you are not aware of the fact that these feelings are a signal and not a way of being. An event from your past is causing you unhappiness and loss of vitality today because you are being redirected to those things in order to come to terms with, accept, forgive or make amends.

The person you most likely are dealing with is yourself. Or your former self.

Inability or desire to focus is causing us to search our internal storage files that have built our beliefs and the structure of who we are in this world. Those storage files possess happy, sad, good, bad.

You may move swiftly from one unfinished task to the next giving the appearance of accomplishing nothing. Or you may just decide to do nothing which can cause more severe mental upset. Take note that I said giving the "appearance". We are navigating through emotions which usually on a logical level, well, make no sense. At this time I use an essential oil that helps me concentrate and maintain focus for at least 5 minutes. My favorites Lemongrass or Eucalyptus.

 

Feelings that you are supposed to be doing something very important but can't remember what it is. It is not necessary to remember. At one point I was told I was not here to learn but to experience.

You are being adjusted to whole new mindset. Releasing ownership of the old mindset can be difficult if it is ingrained as a belief system.

inconsistent bursts of excitement. Unable to sustain enthusiasm.

 

  • Set a timer when you are working on tasks to ensure small chores are completed in a timely manner.
  • Write the insights that the emotions are bringing to your thoughts on index cards with topics and file them away to look at later.
  • Auto-Writing is very helpful in releasing the deep rooted issues in your brain and mind
